Our goal is to foster participation in Sunday Worship. We will follow a two-pronged approach. First, to train and support lay ministers to greet the parish family at the doors of the Church. These lay ecclesial ministers will provide basic information and demonstrate welcoming comportment while projecting safety and security. Second, to use social media resources to meet people “where they are” and personally invite them to join our faith family in worship. We will know we have accomplished this goal when we increase attendance to over 1000 per weekend (mass average of 125) and when three trained and engaged greeters are ministering at each Mass.
